Am I really seeing a hurricane with an eye and eye-wall north and west of Hawaii at 12/19/2010 1200AM PST?

I must be seeing things but tropical invest 98 seems to have an eye and eye-wall. Does anyone else see this? This non-hurricane seems to have an eye and eye-wall and intense cyclonic circulation. Can anyone help me understand what this is? I am referring to the NOAA Pacific Tropical Satellite at 0015 PST. It is a bit small, but I think somebody should give it a hurricane name.Am I really seeing a hurricane with an eye and eye-wall north and west of Hawaii at 12/19/2010 1200AM PST?
I do see a small eye. http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/goes/flt/t6/ir2-鈥?/a>

NRL page shows it as well http://www.nrlmry.navy.mil/tc-bin/tc_hom鈥?/a>Am I really seeing a hurricane with an eye and eye-wall north and west of Hawaii at 12/19/2010 1200AM PST?
I see it. It was initially a non-tropical low pressure system but it is moving over warmer waters and does seem to be acquiring tropical characteristics. If it does so it will be classified as such.

Here is a statement on it: http://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/hurrica鈥?/a>Am I really seeing a hurricane with an eye and eye-wall north and west of Hawaii at 12/19/2010 1200AM PST?
