Guild wars prophecies and eye of the north question?

Hi,i read somewhere that if you don't have guild wars prophecies you can get the skills from prophecies in eye of the north is that true because eye of north is the expansion of propheciesGuild wars prophecies and eye of the north question?
No, that isn't true. Each campaign has skills that are unique to that campaign as well as a set of "core" skills that are available in all campaigns. If you don't own the campaign then you can't access the skills for that campaign.



Eye of the North is an expansion. It contains 10 new skills for each profession as well as a bunch of PvE only skills. If you own Eye of the North you have access to these skills, but not ones for Prophecies.
